Rental Rates 2020

The above rates are for sole use of the villa, per night. They include all services charges and taxes and are based on the maximum occupancy of eight adults. Disounted rates may be available for smaller parties requiring use of fewer bedrooms, or for stay of more than 2 weeks - quotation on request.
The minimum rental period is usually 2 nights, except during peak periods such as Christmas, Carnival and Easter when the minimum rental period is 7 nights.
Payment can be made in cash in TT$, US$ or £UK. We also accept payment by Visa and MasterCard
To reserve the villa, we require 50% deposit of the rental price. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Terms & Conditions
We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is due six weeks before your holiday is due to begin.
Conditions of Cancellation
Cancellation is subject to the following conditions:
- Up to six weeks before arrival - you will forfeit your booking deposit.
- Less than six weeks before arrival - you will forfeit the full amount unless a new guest is found for the same period. If an alternative guest is found, the deposit less a 5% administration charge will be refunded.
All breakages and damage are the responsibility of the guest.
