The neo-classical façade of Shepherd’s House dominates the lush green hillside that descends from Fort King George to the beautiful beaches of Bacolet and Minster Bays. Fully refurbished in recent years, this magnificent and stately villa echoes the grandeur of past colonial times.
With three bedrooms spread over two levels, Shepherd’s House sleeps up to 8 adults in sublime comfort. Refurbishment of a self-contained apartment on the ground level is planned. This will increase the villa’s total capacity to 10 adults.
The prime location of this gorgeous villa takes full advantage of the cooling trade winds. Air-conditioning is seldom necessary, but nevertheless, all rooms benefit from the option of modern split-unit air-conditioning.
If you fancy a change from the stunning views over Minster Bay and hills of Tobago’s Atlantic coastline, gorgeous Bacolet Beach is just a 5-minute walk down the hill. The location could not be more perfect for touring all parts of this beautiful island and getting to the villa couldn’t be easier: the port in Scarborough is just a 5-minute drive away and the airport is just 20-25 minutes away.
